Parking

Please be aware that access to The Dubai Mall Parking will be restricted by police after 16:00 hrs due to the closure of certain access roads along the Boulevard and Dubai Mall. Please arrive earlier at the mall in order to avoid any inconvenience.

Terms and Conditions

Reservations, Payments, Cancellations
All reservations for New Year's Eve at Joe’s Cafe are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
A non-refundable payment in full is required to secure your reservation. Payments can be made online or in-person at Joe’s Cafe.
In case of a cancellation or no-show for any reason, we regret to inform you that there will be no refunds, and no exceptions will be made.

Guest Information
Dress Code: Smart Casual.
Seating time starts at 7:00 PM. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals may result in reassignment of the table.
The restaurant will shortly close between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.
Food and drinks service ends at 11:30 PM.
Please note that only our Set Menu will be served in the evening, our A La Carte Menu will not be available.
It is the responsibility of the booking party to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all guests, including any dietary restrictions or special requests.
Terrace areas are only allocated for the Premium (outdoor) Package. The regular (indoor) package can access the terrace during the firework display.
The restaurant closes at 2:00 AM.
Entrance as per mall rules.
Fireworks to be confirmed by EMAAR.
Kindly note we will provide physical passes (cards) once payment is done, So we would kindly request you to collect the passes before the 30th of December to avoid challenges to entering the area on the 31st.

Alterations, Liability, Force Majeure
Joe’s Cafe reserves the right to make changes to the New Year's Eve event, including entertainment, without prior notice.
Joe’s Cafe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during the New Year's Eve celebration.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, or government regulations, Joe’s Cafe reserves the right to cancel or alter the event.
